Today we (Ola and I) cooked potato pancakes. Ola had hers with cream and sugar and I decided to try to make a wegetarian version of so called "Hungarian style" potatoe pancake. With carrots playing the role of goulash.

Broccoli cream soup with croutons, radamer cheese, a bit of sunflower seeds and parsley leafs.

As I don't want all my creativity go down the drain I decided to make something out of leftovers.
